Illustration Inspiration: Maurice Sendak

Everyone knows Where the Wild Things Are, but Sendak's oeuvre is so much vaster. Some of my personal faves are:
Outside Over There

Pierre I Don't Care 

and Chicken Soup with Rice.

    omg i love these!! i bought the tiny chicken soup with rice book a few months back just for the illustrations/nostalgia <3
